Roboders allows only one admin user, and only one session can be active at a time with that account. Additionally, you can add up to 3 limited-access users. These users cannot add, delete, or edit data — they can only view and print schedules.

Yes, you can use Roboders independently. In that case, you’ll need to manually enter the necessary resources (Courses, Teachers, Classes, Classrooms, etc.) to create a schedule.

If you use the Eyotek system, you can automatically import the necessary scheduling data (Courses, Teachers, Classes, Classrooms, etc.) into Roboders. Once your schedule is complete, you can send it directly back to the Eyotek system with a single click — no extra steps needed.

Our Call Support team is available on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 15:00. If needed, we can connect to your computer via Remote Desktop to provide live training — completely free of charge. We also offer tutorial videos to help you learn how to use Roboders.

All maintenance and backups of the Roboders system are handled regularly by Turtek Software staff. Daily backups are stored in two different locations. To date, we have never encountered a data loss issue.

Roboders is frequently updated to introduce new features and fix minor bugs. All updates are applied automatically and are completely free for all users.

Roboders can be accessed from any device with internet access and a web browser. However, due to its layout, using it on a larger screen is highly recommended for better usability.
